[Squishy] a very squishy dim sum

A very good point. However, I have three reasons for wanting to do it 
tomorrow:

today is half over
you can never count on the weather on sunday
Sunday is Chinese New Year and we are therefore, occuppied. Of course, 
this is a pretty good reason for dim sum.
