[Squishy] ugg

Chateau Dogpatch is at 999 Tennessee, between 20th & 22nd (no, there is
no 21st St here, and there never was. Stop asking).

Old (FOX) buffy kicks off at 6pm, which is the same time as the first
Simpsons episode, but since we tape them, it doesn't matter and you
could turn up any time after then. No, we don't have a TiVo yet.

Unfortunately, the cats actually pay the rent, so those of you who are
turned into twitching, sneezing, red-eyed watery messes might want to
wear a hazmat suit. Sorry.
