[Squishy] summer party idea - was " More music"

I'm all for it! Besides, I felt kind of bad turning the speakers up to
even 1/3 of Full Noise at Briones, since it's meant to be a nice, quiet
place ... we need to give them a big blast before the playa and shake
any remnant evil free of their shiny cones!
