Don't bother with SF general unless you have a trauma injury (i.e. need
emergency room). They're apparently great at plugging great gobbing
holes in people, but not so crash hot at the small stuff.
If it's a strep infection, you can probably just go anywhere that'll
prescribe you antibiotics, which is the standard medical reaction to "I
have a sore throat" nowadays.
