Ack! Thbthpthpt!

It's finally, finally, time for our housewarming. And, in true
last-minute style, it's March 16th, this Saturday. Yes, I know, timely
announcement and all that. Sorry.

But if you can make it in spite of that, we'd love to see y'all here.

Since it's such short notice, and I'm sure people will have some plans
already for the evening, we'll get underway early (let's say 5pm) and 
aim for a rotating party attendance -- as people have to leave, get tired, 
or fall over, we'll swap in some new ones :) And if you'd like to just
pop in earlier, you're more than welcome.

So without further ado, the details:

That's one block east of 3rd st.

The 22/Fillmore bus line ends about 1 block away; the 48 also stops very
close by. The 15 comes down 3rd St from downtown, so that's an option as
well (you'd get off at 20th St).
