Hey folks--
My housemate has hit some financial bumps and is going to move back into =
his design studio. Which means I'm looking for a housemate to split my =
great 100yr old Victorian in the Mission.
I'd prefer to live with someone I know--at least through =
friends--because I like to split the entire place and have a real =
housemate, not just rent out a room to a stranger.
Male or female is cool.=20
Only restrictions:
- no cats, they make me stop breathing,.
- no smoking inside (the available bedroom has an attached deck so it's =
easy enough to go outside to smoke).
Rent's negotiable but in the $1000/month range.
Place is available starting Dec 1.
Also, I'm planning to be in Mexico and Tahoe for most of the winter, so =
whoever moves in will pretty much get the place to themselves for the =
next few months.
If you know of anyone looking, feel free to give them my digits or pass =
there name on.
