well, kids, if any of you missed it, spencer won the adult singer =
category on star search tonight. =20
it was a bit crazy- he was down by one point from the judges (yeah, i =
don't like you either, ben stein... ) and the internet votes threw it =
his way at the last minute, (and i swear, i didn't sit there clicking =
votes!) but we all knew he would win everyone's hearts.
so he's on the semifinals tomorrow at 8pm. same bat time...
they do the internet voting during the live show at 5pm, though, (or =
more like 5:45 for the adult singer competition...) so vote early, vote =
often... ;-)
i didn't make it to the city this weekend, but reports are that the =
spencer day quintet had a fabulous show at the plush lounge. i can't =
wait to see him in his true element again... fuck this cbs shit. okay, =
well maybe fuck it after tomorrow... $100k wouldn't suck, though i =
still think he should sing, "we got the clap [clap clap clap]" at the =
finals... =20
