We reached Maryborough on our way south but we couldn't find anywhere nice to stay so we diverted to Scarness in Hervey Bay.
The caravan park was very crowded and we didn't have the benefit of a beachfront site as we had on our previous visit but it is a pretty place and we took a lay day.
