We went to the Dubbo showground to fill up with fresh water and to dump black water. We found the Travellin' Bug with Brian and Pat Galland and the dog, Sheba, on board, also filling and dumping and heading for Canberra.

We teamed up as a convoy and drove to Grenfell. The CMCA had arranged for us to free camp in Lawson Park.

Phillip, Helene and I went into town to see what it was like. This is a well kept town with some very attractive building and lots of spring flowers.

Happy hour was cut short at half past five by the chill of the evening
