I had to put the chapter newsletter to bed so we went to Sherwood Forest for a few days.

There were several vehicles already parked up when we arrived, some of the people we already knew, some new to us. Happy hours were around the campfire and full of jokes and banter.

I finished work on the newsletter and gave it to Keryn to print but the new printer didn't arrive until Saturday.

I managed to lose my new Drizabone hat in Beaudesert. I checked all the places I could have left it without finding it so I assume somebody nicked it. I hope they get pinched for wearing emu feathers.

Mel Powell had bought an old Mac Classic to do some word processing of the lyrics of their songs. It had worked for a time but had stopped talking to its hard disk. They had taken it to a repair shop and the guy had said it was totally cactus. I suggested that we could perhaps do something if I took it to Patricks Rd where there is a stock of relevant spare parts.
