Having used up our month's allocation of free camping at Wyllie Park, we moved to Lawnton Showground.
I had noticed that the brakes on the car trailer were broken and I arranged to take it in to Trailer Ute & 4x4 for repair. I had to use the Motley to tow the trailer to Enoggera. They suggested that it would take a couple of days to repair so we uncoupled the trailer and drove the Motley to Mitchelton and then to Patricks Rd. In the event, the repairs were all done in a few hours and we were able to return to Lawnton Showground.
On Thursday afternoon, a great storm engulfed the Gold Coast and Northern NSW so we postponed until tomorrow morning the decision on whether to go to Sherwood Forest on Friday or Saturday.
