We packed up and left the showground and headed for Port MacDonnell on "The Bay as they call this part of the Southern Ocean. When we got there I enquired about caravan parks and camping areas. One of the two caravan parks can take big rigs and there are plenty of places to camp as long as you only stay one night at each one.

We chose to go into the caravan park so that we could charge the batteries which haven't been fully charged for over a month and have a good rest.

The laundry in the park was free so I thought I would take the opportunity to catch up a bit. The washing machines were little twin tubs so I would have had to put out the awning, fit the washing line, hang out the clothes, and then take them in again. I decided that a good rest was more important so I left it for another day.

We both veged out in the afternoon.
