[Moonbase-discuss] Yuri's Night SF is coming!!! April 12, 2003

Greetings!

Can you believe it has been almost a year!  Well, Yuri's Night is back. 
  This time, things will be a little different.  Josh Babcock, member of 
an SF-based
indie-psychedelia band called the Shimmer Kids Underpop Association, 
has taken the reigns for Yuri's Night SF for 2003.  He has a venue, is 
getting DSL hookup for Internet access, and is arranging several indie 
bands to play.  Now what he needs is you!  In particular, we need 
exhibitors and demos for the show.  We will try to get more content 
into the event.  The venue is smaller, and we hope more conductive for 
learning about space and Yuri Gagarin.

Very soon, Josh will be emailing you detailed information  about the 
event.  He is already coordinating with Loretta's team at Yuri's Night 
HQ in Los Angeles, so we should be more interactive with other YN 
parties this year.  He may need help on the technical end, so if any of 
you can assist, please holler.

Please contact Josh with your questions.  I'm going to be in the 
background, helping from time to time, and supplying him with my 
collection of videos, DVDs and leftover posters and brochures from last 
year.  Please give Josh your fullest support.
