By the time Jean and Helene had returned from the market and we had had lunch, it was well into the afternoon.
We had to dump black water and we were eager to start the long journey to Forbes (the National Rally starts on 12 Oct) so we set out for Coolum Beach which is less than an hour away.
School holidays mean peak rates so we coughed up $22 and vowed not to come here again.
We parked on our usual site, well away from the holiday crowd, and settled in.
Fish and chips from the nearby shop went down particularly well.
