Batemans Bay is still incredibly motorhome unfriendly. The only possible place to park is now equipped with parking meters so we took our shopping elsewhere.
We visited Don and Heather Urquhart in Milton and they insisted we plug into their garage and stay overnight. They had arranged to eat at the golf club with family so we all went down to Mollymook and had a pleasant dinner despite rumblings about the recent sacking of the long time contract caterer in favour of in house management.
Returning to the house, we have coffee, port and brandy around the wood stove before retiring to the Motley.
