It was time to escape from the cold conditions so we went through Braidwood down to the coast.
We had previously had a pleasant stay at the caravan park in Nelligen outside Batemans Bay so we stopped here again.
The river loops right around the park and provide a very peaceful setting.
It was still cold but apparently it dropped to several degrees below freezing in Canberra overnight so perhaps we escaped just in time.
