We decided to travel to Armidale as quickly as possible to help Sarah and Ian with the kids while they look after Charlie who was taken into hospital suddenly last night.
We made it to Warwick which is about half way, being 330 km (200 miles) from Carters Ridge, before we called it quits for the day at half past four and settled in to a caravan park to protect us from the expected very cold night
