We walked down to the lake, along to the trees and back to the Motley. When we got back we were surrounded by birdwatchers. One of them pointed out a Yellow-rumped Thornbill's nest.

We drove on to the west and reached a tiny town called Bungunya before we called it quits. There is plenty of room to park and there is a shower and toilet block for those that need them.

We are a long way from any TV transmitter so, after a frugal dinner, we watched 'The Lord of the Ring - The Two Towers' before going to bed.
