Our plan was to head for Ashby to spend some time with the Kerrs. We didn't set off until after eleven, planning to get to Casino before happy hour. In the event, we stopped 130 km short at the Sleepy Hopllow rest area on the new Pacific Highway south of Tweed Heads. It was OK if a bit noisy.
