[Earlier Visits]

We had to load up with fresh water and dump the black water before we left.

We drove the rig into town to buy supplies before heading off for South Australia.

We stopped at Gunnedah to get some doco from the Visitor Information Centre about the koalas because the town advertises itself as the Koala Capital of the World. They say that there are at least 40 koalas living within the confined of the town.

We pressed on and had lunch at the 150 Meridian Rest Area. We got as far as Coonabarabran before we called it a day. Because it was still too hot for comfort, we booked into the caravan park so we could rest in the coolth of the air-conditioned motorhome.
