Rachel and family are going to be in Sydney for weeks at the beginning of May with a brief trip to Brisbane in the second week. We decided to head for Barraba to get over whatever is ailing us. We can travel to Sydney or to Brisbane to see them, whichever is the most convenient. It will probably take a week and a bit to get home but we will be able to rest up and see the doctor if necessary before we have to head off again.
We set off towards St Arnaud, planning to stay overnight with Pip and Mell at Logan but the lurgy got the better of us. Not being good company and not wanting to pass on this illness to anyone else, we camped quietly by ourselves at Kooreh Hall.
