Having had a quiet night we set off towards the highway. We reached Forbes and decided to rest up there.
We met a couple in the park who had just set off on the road in an old Volvo coach. They had spent a year on the road in a caravan and then had to stop for a year in Elmore because of illness. They were keen to re-enter the grey nomads life. We chatted about Camps Australia Wide because they were using a copy of Camps 2. I recommended Camps 3 and lent them my copy to plan their trip. They are anxious to get their own copy.
During the night, the pop-up sprinklers came on but our favourite spot is not in range of any of the sprinklers so we had a quiet night.
