Friday 20th

We decided to move back to Wyllie Park for a couple of days so that we can go to Scarborough on Sunday to spend time with the family. We stopped to fuel up the Motley and reached Petrie at about noon. We dumped the black water and filled the fresh water tanks before settling in to one of the very few unoccupied large sites.

I went to Kallangur to do the laundry having a Mac-attack lunch while the washing machines were running. I got back to the Motley at about three o'clock. I veged out for most of the rest of the day. Before dinner I repaired the switch on the 12V light in the dinette.

Saturday 21st

We had a little rain overnight and woke up to a cloudy morning. While Jean was out walking, I replaced the anode in the hot water system.

We went to Petrie to do a little shopping. This turned into a major expedition but we are now stocked up with lots of stuff.

In the afternoon, the clouds had cleared and it turned into a quite warm day. I spent some time topping up the house batteries and then had a longish chat with a very old motorhomer friend. In the evening, I did work on the reply to the CMCA letter and added the page of advice on the use of toilet chemicals to the ECA website.
